Master’s Degree in Sports Psychology
Elite rhythmic gymnastics coach, international expert and founder of Phoenix Gymnastics NYC. Olena combines 18+ years of athletic and coaching experience with a Master’s in Sports Psychology, developing both the skills and the confidence of every gymnast she trains.
Olena Benkovska is an elite rhythmic gymnastics coach, international expert, and the founder of Phoenix Gymnastics NYC. With over 18 years of experience in gymnastics and coaching, Olena brings exceptional athletic and psychological expertise to her students. She is the founder of the highly successful rhythmic gymnastics club “Prestige Sport” in Kyiv, Ukraine, which highlights her proven track record of building and managing elite sports organizations.
Olena earned a Master’s Degree in Sports Psychology and a Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Organization Management. This academic background uniquely qualifies her to develop not only the physical skills but also the mental resilience and emotional well-being of young athletes.
As a former elite gymnast, Olena is a medal winner and champion of numerous national and international tournaments. Having earned the prestigious title of Candidate for Master of Sports of Ukraine, she underwent top-tier athletic training. She began her competitive and coaching journey under the guidance of the legendary mentor and Honored Coach of Ukraine, Halyna Doroshenko. This invaluable experience and deep understanding of elite sports standards form the foundation of her own coaching philosophy.
Reflecting her deep professional expertise, Olena is a Certified National Judge in Ukraine. Over her distinguished career, she has developed unique training methodologies that have guided hundreds of young athletes to gold medals and top podium finishes at major competitions across Europe and the United States. Her coaching excellence was officially recognized when she was awarded the prestigious “Best Coach of the Year” title.
At Phoenix Gymnastics NYC, student safety, health, and holistic development are Olena’s top priorities. She holds official certifications from the NY State Office of Children and Family Services in Child Abuse Prevention, as well as NY State Anti-Harassment training. Additionally, she is fully certified in CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation).
Olena is dedicated to creating a safe, empowering, and inspiring environment where every child can unlock their full potential and grow into a confident champion.
Master’s Degree in Choreography
Professional choreographer, stage director, and theatre & dance artist with more than 15 years of international experience in professional theatre, dance, choreography, stage production, movement education, and fitness. Kseniia brings dance technique, flexibility, musicality and creative movement into every class she leads.
Kseniia began her professional career as a theatre & dance artist, working for 15 years in professional theatre across contemporary, modern, and classical dance styles. She later developed her career as a choreographer and stage director, creating and directing theatre productions in Ukraine, several of which were recognized with All-Ukrainian theatre awards.
Her international work includes choreographing and directing shows in Taiwan, Turkey, Germany, and Sri Lanka, as well as performing in major international productions. Her credits include Choreographer & Performer for the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022, performances at UAE National Day and Special Olympics events in Dubai, the Fujairah Festival in the UAE, and international commercial dance productions in Dubai.
Alongside her professional stage career, Kseniia has extensive experience in children’s dance, gymnastics, movement, and physical training. Her multidisciplinary background allows her to combine dance technique, flexibility, strength, coordination, posture, musicality, body awareness, and creative movement in working with young athletes and dancers.
Education: Master’s Degree in Choreography — Berdyansk Pedagogical Institute, Ukraine; Master’s Degree in Sociology and Social Management — Zaporizhzhya Commercial Private University, Ukraine.

A five-time Canadian National Team representative, Angelina has competed for Canada at FIG international competitions in Brazil, Greece, Germany and Portugal. With 13+ years of elite training behind her, she brings world-class discipline and artistry to the athletes she works with.
A five-time Canadian National Team representative, Angelina Lin has proudly worn the maple leaf at prestigious FIG international competitions across Brazil, Greece, Germany, and Portugal.
Backed by over 13 years of rigorous training as a Level 10 Elite rhythmic gymnast and her current academic journey at Columbia University, Angelina brings a rare blend of world-class discipline and artistry.
Having navigated the highest tiers of the sport, she is now eager to give back — channeling her extensive background, technique, and passion into mentoring the next generation of gymnasts at Phoenix Gymnastics NYC.
Technique matters. So do joy, confidence, consistency and a child’s individual pace of development.
